This summer we are offering the opportunity for our children to participate in an extended day Nature Explore Workshop.
We will be immersing ourselves in the sights, smells and sounds of Nature. Our class work will take us to many of the area parks and nature centers. Art experiences will follow the children’s creative interests, facilitated by the expertise of our Studio Art teacher, Kelly Boyle. Mary Jane and Wanda will compliment our exploration with music, song and dance.
Many of our daily activities will be moved outdoors, either in our own natural setting or in parks and nature centers throughout the area.
This summer we are extending the hours of the Workshop so that we have more time to work, explore and discover. We will share lunch daily as well. So please send your child with a sack lunch and beverage.
Historically, these Workshops have been eagerly embraced and we believe that they offer our children experiences that are quite unique within the community.
The session runs from June 16 to July 16. We will meet Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 9:30 to 1:00 p.m. The tuition is $300 for the five week session and is payable with the completed application.
Please note that enrollment is limited to twenty children, and students will be accepted in the order in which their applications are received.
