Renae is the Owner/Director of the Okemos Nursery School. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy and a B.S. in Psychology (area of interest, Child Psychology) from Michigan State University. She has 35 years of experience in working with preschool children.

Judy is our Head Teacher. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education (with minors in Social Studies and Fine Arts) from Michigan State University. She has 24 years of experience in working with preschool children at Okemos Nursery School.

Wanda is our "Musician in Residence" at Okemos Nursery School. She is well known as a member of the trio, "Lady of the Lake", and as a teacher of dulcimer and auto harp at Elderly Instruments in Lansing. She is also Coordinator of the Children's Concerts for the City of East Lansing, and Performance Coordinator for East Lansing Arts Festival. Wanda has 25 years of experience working with preschool children.

Nancy is the French teacher at Okemos Nursery School. She holds a B.A. in Foreign Languages from Albion College. She previously owned Foreign Language for Youngsters, a business dedicated to teaching preschool and school age children foreign languages. Nancy has 24 years of experience working with preschool children.

Mary Jane is our Creative Movement instructor. She began her dance career in 1972 as a full-time student at the Cleveland Ballet and has taught creative dance for over 30 years. Mary Jane has been a member and choreographer of Happendance (an area dance troupe). She also teaches many classes in Creative Movement through the East Lansing Recreation department and the MAC During her classes she uses music, props and stories and weaves them into dances.

Eveyln is the creative dramatics instructor at Okemos Nursery School. She has been involved in all aspects of theater for over 35 years and has been teaching Creative Dramatics for over 25 years. She is currently Executive Director for the All-Of-Us Express Children's Theatre.

Sybil is the yoga teacher at ONS. She uses her knowledge of yoga and her experience as a preschool teacher to create a yoga program specifially for the young child. Sybil is the owner of the As You Are Yoga studio in Downtown Lansing. She is an approved Yoga educator and offers Yoga teacher training
certification programs in Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga and Children's Yoga.
